Daca \( a,b,c,a^{\prime},b^{\prime},c^{\prime} \) sunt lungimile laturilor triunghiurilor \( ABC \) si \( A^{\prime}B^{\prime}C^{\prime} \) si daca \( \sqrt{aa^{\prime}}+\sqrt{bb^{\prime}}+\sqrt{cc^{\prime}}=\sqrt{(a+b+c)(a^{\prime}+b^{\prime}+c^{\prime})} \) , sa se arate ca triunghirile sunt asemenea .

Conform cazului de egalitate de la inegalitatea C.B.S. trebuie sa avem


\( \frac{\sqrt{a}}{\sqrt{a^{\prime}}}=\frac{\sqrt{b}}{\sqrt{b^{\prime}}}=\frac{\sqrt{c}}{\sqrt{c^{\prime}}} \) si de aici \( \triangle ABC\sim\triangle A^{\prime}B^{\prime}C^{\prime} \)
