Erori Latex

Folosesc MikTex si TeXnicCenter.
De ieri, orice scriu imi apar urmatoarele erori:
!You are attempting to make a LaTeX format from a source file
!That is more than five years old
!LaTeX source file more than five years old
!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
